Born in a small tribe in La Noscea not too far from Limsa Lominsa L'ho is raised as a woman and most of adults from his tribe do not understand his gender he discovered pretty early in his life.
He was sometime sent to Limsa Lominsa to bring some items and he always took the time to watch the culinarian guild, growing a love for cooking and food in the process.
Always being treated as a woman grew too displeasing and when he turned 15 he just up and left to never return, enrolling himself somewhat with a band of pirates.
